Getting into your Uphold account only takes a few moments. For added security, Uphold asks for mobile confirmation and may request a code if two-factor is enabled.
Open uphold.com and click Login.
Enter your registered email address.
Approve the sign-in from your phone.
Type in your 2FA code if required.
Tip: Bookmark the login page to avoid phishing links.
Troubleshooting Login Problems
If login fails, here are some quick checks:
Double-check your email and password spelling.
See if Uphold is under maintenance.
Review any warning messages in your email.
If these don’t work, reset your password or contact support for further help.
Resetting Passwords
Forgot your password? Here’s how to reset it:
Click on Forgot password? on the login form.
Provide your account’s email.
Follow the reset link in your inbox.
Create a strong, new password and sign back in.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
2FA keeps your account safe from unauthorized entry. Uphold allows you to activate this security feature through SMS or authentication apps.
Visit Settings > Security.
Select your preferred 2FA method.
Save the backup codes somewhere safe.
Business and Enterprise Access
Organizations use a specialized portal to manage teams, permissions, and integrations. Depending on setup, login may require email credentials, SSO, or mandatory MFA.
Admins should ensure MFA is active and review access rights regularly.
